温度变化对重催油浆蒸汽发生器管束振动的影响

摘　　要：对油浆蒸汽发生器的实际运行工况进行诱导振动特性的模拟,计算该高温高压下管束所受的轴向应力,分析振动频率的大小和变化趋势。管束的振动情况与自身的固有频率相关,综合分析振动产生的位置,为避免振动造成的破坏提供参考依据。The actual operating condition in an oil slurry heat cxchanger was simulated and analyzed. The axial stress and the size of the vibration frequency in this high temperature and press field was caculated. The vibrition is connected with the inherent frequency. The analysis of the position of flow-induced vibration can provide the reference for the prevention of the vibration damage.
