摘 要:为掌握铅锌冶炼厂开放源重金属粒径分布特征,采用安德森撞击式分级采样器采集铅锌冶炼厂典型工艺段开放源不同粒径大气颗粒物样品,利用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定不同粒径颗粒物上Pb、Zn、Fe和Cr的含量并分析其分布特征。结果表明:各工艺开放源颗粒物中TSP的排放量为459.00-1835.88 g·h^-1;重金属元素Pb、Zn、Fe、Cr的排放量分别是19.80-273.61 g·h^-1、23.13-156.18 g·h^-1、16.54-54.49 g·h^-1、2.11-20.17 g·h^-1;排放量最大工艺的为原料卸载点;不同工艺大气颗粒物粒径分布均呈双峰结构,其中除铸铅大气颗粒物峰值都出现在粗粒径范围以外,其他工艺段大气颗粒物在细粒子径段(0.43-0.65μm)和粗粒子径段(4.7-9.0μm)各出现一次峰值。各开放源重金属颗粒粒径频率密度分布图和累计频率分布图符合对数正态分布,铅、锌、铁和铬的几何平均粒径分别为2.60-8.50μm、2.60-7.30μm、3.90-8.50μm和0.55-4.30μm,开放源的重金属主要分布在粗粒子中。In order to understand size distributions of heavy metals for open-sources within a primary zinc-lead smelting works,samples of typical open-sources PM with different sizes were collected by cascade impactor( Andersen). Heavy metals of different sizes were analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The results indicated as following: ①The emissions of PM,lead,zinc,iron and chromium were in the ranges of 459. 00 - 1835. 88 g·h^-1,19. 80 -273. 61 g·h^-1,23. 13 -156. 18 g·h^-1,16. 54 -54. 49 g·h^-1,2. 11 -20. 17 g·h^-1,respectively,and the section with the largest emissions is raw material unloading; ②Aerodynamic particulate size distributions of open-sources appeared significantly a bi-modal with peaks in the particles with size of 0. 43 - 0. 65 μm( fine particle size range) and 3. 00 - 7. 20 μm( coarse particle size range),respectively,while the peaks of leading peak appeared in the coarse particle size range; ③The frequency density distributions and cumulative frequency distributions of heavy metal for open-sources conform to logarithmic normal distribution; ④The geometric average particle size of lead,zinc,iron and chromium were in the ranges of 2. 60 - 8. 50 μm,2. 60 - 7. 30 μm,3. 90 - 8. 50 μm, 0. 55 - 4. 30 μm,respectively,as well as heavy metals for open-sources are mainly distributed in the coarse particles.
