摘　　要：检测概率和虚警概率作为衡量认知无线电系统性能的重要指标,其测试可靠性是确保授权系统和认知系统安全有效工作的基础。针对检测概率和虚警概率的测试,提出了系统测试方法,接着基于提出的方法,理论分析了影响测试可靠性的因素,选取典型参数对不同概率要求的可靠性进行仿真,结论能够有效地支撑测试工作。Detection probability and false alarm probability as important indicators evaluating Cognitive Radio Systems（ CRS） performance,reliable test is to ensure the authorized system and CRS operate safely and effectively. Testing methods is firstly proposed. Then it is analyzed that how different factors affect reliability testing. Finally,by adopting the typical parameters,reliability simulation is conducted for different requirements and conclusions can effectively support the testing.
