摘　　要：无溶剂复合水煮级、半高温蒸煮级、耐高温蒸煮级软包袋，应注意从源头材料上把关，在材料选择上，应注意薄膜材料表面电晕处理度、光洁度（粗糙度）、爽滑剂含量及析出情况、吸潮性、膜面摩擦系数及油墨与胶粘剂的匹配性，薄膜、油墨、胶粘剂三者间的相互关联匹配等。多方面做好前期的试验和测试工作，在实际生产中就可以减少和避免许多不必要的质量事故。The solventless compositing flexible packaging bag which is of poaching, half high-temperature stewing, high-temperature resistance,should carefully choose the source material.Importantly,attention should be paid to the compatibility of corona surface treatment on the film material, smoothness（roughness）,slipping agent amount and the precipitation condition, hygroscopicity, film surface friction coefficient, the ink with the adhesive,and the matching correlation in film, ink and adhesive.The input for various previous experiment and testing work from multiaspect can reduce and avoid many unnecessary quality accident in the actual production.
