摘 要:以脂肪酸和多胺为原料合成多胺酰胺,进一步经碳酸钾催化正庚醛交联制备了醛缩多胺酰胺,将其作为稠油流动性改进剂评价了其对稠油凝点和粘度的影响。结果表明,醛缩多胺酰胺型稠油流动性改进剂有一定的降凝作用,最高达2.4℃。醛缩多胺酰胺型稠油流动性改进剂中胺的种类与结构对稠油的降粘效果影响较大,脂肪酸的种类与结构对稠油降粘效果影响小,降粘效果最高达29.9%。Polyamine amide was prepared with fatty acid and polyamine as raw materials, which was cross-linked by heptanal catalyzed by K2CO3. The effect of fl ow improvers on the pour point and viscosity of heavy oil was evaluated. The result indicated this series of a new type fl ow improver could depress the pour point of heavy oil, among which the highest pour point depression was 2.4℃. The amine structure effect on the effi ciency greatly, while fatty acid structure was insignifi cant. When polyamine amide molecular main chain contained less nitrogen atoms, effi ciency of short chain alkyl structure was slightly better than the long chain alkyl. But as the number of nitrogen atoms increased, effi ciency of long chain alkyl structure on heavy oil viscosity reduction increased. The most effective polyamine amide showed potent viscosity reduction and the highest reduction rate of 29.9 % with less nitrogen atoms and short chains.
