摘  要:将硒粉、铌粉和二氧化铈粉末按一定质量比混合,通过在800℃下原位固相反应合成出NbSe2/CeNbO4纳米复合材料。分别使用X射线粉末衍射仪和扫描电子显微镜分别分析了样品中的相成分和微观形貌,结果表明:NbSe2/CeNbO4纳米复合材料为NbSe2和CeNbO4的混合晶相;其中NbSe2为径向尺寸3μm、厚度200 nm的纳米六方片,表面光滑;CeNbO4为80 nm的纳米小球,颗粒大小均匀。采用UMT-2摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦性能进行测试,结果表明:NbSe2/CeNbO4纳米复合材料和纯的NbSe2作为润滑油添加剂与纯基础油相比均具有良好的抗载润滑减摩性能,且NbSe2/CeNbO4摩擦学性能要优于纯的NbSe2,并对其摩擦机理进行了解释。The NbSe2/ CeNbO4 nano-composites were synthesized via in-situ solid phase reaction at 800℃ in a mixture of the CeO2,Se,and Nb powders. The impacts of the synthesis conditions on the microstructures and phase structures were evaluated. The composites were characterized with X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy, and conventional mechanical probes. The results show that the NbSe2/ CeNbO4 composites consist of two compounds: the hexagonal NbSe2flakes,3 μm in diameter and 200 nm in thickness,and the fairly uniform CeNbO4 spheres,80 nm in diameter. When added into the lubricating oil,the NbSe2/ CeNbO4 composites and pure NbSe2 exhibited the same excellent tribological property as the base oil. The friction coefficient of the NbSe2/ CeNbO4 composites was found to be lower than that of the pure NbSe2,and the possible mechanisms responsible for the improved tribological property were also tentatively discussed.
