摘 要:目的应用高频超声评价模拟失重对女性志愿者颈内动脉及椎动脉血流的影响。方法女性志愿者22例,年龄19~23岁,平均(21±1.32)岁;采用-6°倾斜床头低位持续卧床的方法模拟失重状态,持续21d。超声检测的时间点分别为:模拟失重开始前3d、模拟失重第1天、第3天、第7天、第15天及模拟失重结束后第3天。高频超声检测双侧颈内动脉及椎动脉搏动指数、阻力指数及血流量。应用统计软件PASW18.0进行多组均数比较的方差分析。结果所有志愿者均按照要求完成了模拟失重实验及预定的超声检测,获得了颈内动脉及椎动脉的相关参数。统计分析表明,与模拟失重开始前相比,模拟失重过程中预设各监测点及模拟失重结束后第3天,双侧颈内动脉及椎动脉的搏动指数、阻力指数和血流量均无明显变化,颈内动脉系总流量亦无明显变化。椎动脉系总流量于模拟失重过程中第3天及第7天略低于模拟失重前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但其余时间节点所测椎动脉系总血流量与模拟失重前无统计学差异。结论在本研究所设模拟失重时限内,椎动脉系及颈内动脉系血流参数总体上维持稳态,模拟失重未对椎动脉系及颈内动脉系血流产生明显影响。Objective To explore the influence of simulated weightlessness on blood flow of internal carotid artery and vertebral artery of female volunteers by high-frequency ultrasonography. Methods Twenty-two female volunteers were involved in this study, aged from nineteen to twenty-three,with average age of(21 ± 1.32)years. Weightlessness condition was simulated by continuous -6 degree head down tilt bed rest and lasted for twenty-one days. Ultrasound examination points were set up as follows: the third day before the beginning of simulated weightlessness, the first day, the third day, the seventh day and the fifteenth day during simulated weightlessness, and the third day after simulated weightlessness. Bilateral internal carotid artery and vertebral artery were examined by high-resolution ultrasound, and pulsatility index, resistance index and flow volume were calculated. The data were analyzed with analysis of variance by PASW 18. 0, and the statistic significance was 0.05. Results All volunteers finished experiment, and their ultrasound parameters of bilateral internal carotid artery and vertebral artery were gotten. There were no significant differences in the parameters of bilateral internal carotid artery and vertebral artery during the periods of simulated weightlessness, except the gross flow volume of bilateral vertebral artery, which decreased at the third and seventh day after the beginning of simulated weightlessness (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions At the time limit under the condition of simulated weightlessness of this study, the parameters of bilateral internal carotid artery and vertebral artery keep stationary state, and simulated weightlessness could not have significant effect on the flow of internal carotid artery and vertebral artery.
