精子核蛋白组型异常及DNA损伤与精子活动力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨精子核蛋白组型异常,精子DNA完整性与精子活动力的相关性。方法选取生殖医学中心进行常规精液分析的人群,其中173例为正常对照、144例低精子活力患者作为研究对象。通过苯胺蓝染色法检测其精子核蛋白组型转换,染色质扩散法检测精子完整性并分析三者之间的相关性。结果低精子活力组的核蛋白组型转换异常率[(23.9±9.4)%vs.(17.5±8.1)%]、DNA碎片指数[(19.4±8.5)%vs.(13.5±5.8)%]显著高于正常对照组(P均<0.01)。精子核蛋白组型转换异常率与DNA碎片指数呈线性相关,Pearson相关系数为0.298(P<0.01)。结论低精子活力患者的核蛋白组型转换异常率、DNA碎片指数显著增高,同时精子核蛋白组型异常与DNA损伤具有显著相关性。Objective To investigate the association of abnormal sperm nucleoprotein transition, sperm DNA integrity and sperm motility. Methods Semen parameters of 173 subjects with normal sperm motility and 144 subjects with low sperm motility were analyzed in the reproduction medicine center of our hospital. The rates of sperm nucleoprotein transition were determined by aniline blue staining. Sperm DNA integrity was measured by the spread of chromatin experiments. Results The rates of sperm nucleoprotein transition [ （23. 9 ± 9. 4） % vs. （ 17.5 ± 8. 1 ） % ] and DNA fragmentation index （DFI） [ （ 19. 4 ±8. 5 ） % vs. （ 13.5 ±5.8 ） % ] in low sperm motility group were significantly higher than that in controls. The results showed that there was a significant linear correlation between the rate of sperm nucleoprotein transition and DFI. Conclusions Males with low sperm motility may have high rates of abnormal sperm nucleoprotein transition and DFL The rate of sperm nucleoprotein transition is significantly associated with DFI and sperm motility.
