摘　　要：目的通过报道一例胎儿双腔左心室并复习相关文献,探讨该病的形态学特点、病变类型,诊断及鉴别诊断等方面,提高对本病的认识。方法对孕妇行超声检查,终止妊娠后胎儿尸解进行肉眼及石蜡切片观察。结果超声提示胎儿心脏结构异常,考虑为双腔左心室,尸解证实为双腔左心室合并二尖瓣关闭不全及主动脉缩窄。结论双腔左心室极为罕见,指左心室被肌肉或纤维肌隔分隔为一个主腔和一个副腔。产前超声对其诊断有重要价值。Objective By reporting a case of double-chambered left ventricle in fetus and reviewing the related literatures, to disscuss the morphological characteristics, pathological types, diagnosis and differential diagnosis, etc so as to improve the recognition of this disease. Methods A case of pregnant woman was checked by prenatal uhrasonography, and foetus autopsy was observed by macroscopy and microscopy with paraffin-embedded tissue section after termination of pregnancy. Results Double-chambered left ventricle associated with mitral incompetence and aorta coarctation was found by prenatal ultrasonography, and the diagnosis was verified by autopsy. Conclusions Double-chambered left ventricle means left ventricle is divided into a main chamber and an auxiliary chamber by muscle and fibromuscular septum. The disease is very rare. Prenatal ultrasonography has important diagnostic value.
