摘  要:In this article, the results were presented of research concerning the visual and functional aspects of the websites of three largest logistics operators in Poland. The research was carried out with the participation of the following three groups: institutional customers, individual customers and marketing management students. The article covers an attempt to evaluate cooperation through virtual contacts with the company. The analysis also concerned such issues as information on corporate social responsibility (CSR), information on job offers and the position of the company on the market.
