针织松紧带弹性回复率模型研究

摘　　要：分析了针织松紧带的弹性回复率模型。通过模拟得到乳胶丝的直径与弹性回复率的关系,测试涤纶长丝的弹性回复率和直径,得到松紧带弹性回复率计算式。按照偏差百分率≤5.0%的约定对该公式进行修正,推导出松紧带弹性回复率与乳胶丝直径的关系式,在有限范围内可用于针织松紧带弹性回复率的计算和预测。A model of elastic recovery rate of ordinary knitted elastic ribbon was analyzed. Through a simulation a link between elastic recovery rate of latex and it＇s diameter were detected. Elastic recovery rate and diameter of polyester filament were also got by testing. So a simpler elastic recovery rate formula of the ribbon was gotten. After modified,the model of elastic recovery rate of the ribbon was deduced with the requirement of no over 5. 0% error percentage. It can be used in the limited calculating and forecasting of elastic recovery rate of the ribbon.
