摘  要:通过对18种单色光染料单独染色尼龙黏扣带后耐氯色牢度等级的分析与追踪,发现:金黄、深红、橘黄3种单色光染料以不同质量分数染色尼龙黏扣带后,尼龙黏扣带不仅自身就能耐氯,而且耐氯的耐久性很好;桃红、红、蛋黄、橘红、深蓝、彩蓝、翠蓝、萤黄、萤粉、大红、枣红、青莲、浅蓝13种单色光染料以不同质量分数染色时,随着质量分数的提高,尼龙黏扣带耐氯色牢度提高,且耐氯的耐久性变好;元青和萤绿2种单色光染料以不同质量分数染色后,尼龙黏扣带的耐氯色牢度均不合格。通过在染色时加入固色剂A,染色后再用耐氯固色剂B进行浸渍整理,结果显示:100℃,加入质量分数为3%的固色剂A,染色1 h,再在30℃,加入70 g/L的耐氯固色剂B浸渍整理2 h,18种单色光染料染色后尼龙黏扣带的耐氯色牢度均能合格,而且除了浅蓝、元青、萤绿,其他15种耐氯色牢度耐久性都很好。The resistance to chlorine of nylon hook and loop which were dyed by 18 kinds of monochromatic light alone were analyzed and tracked. The results show that: nylon hook and loop dyed by different mass fraction of golden yellow,red and orange those three kinds of monochromatic light are not only on the ability of chlorine resistance but also good at the durability. Nylon hook and loop are better resistance to chlorine fastness and chlorine resistance durability with the increase of monochromatic light dye mass fraction,which were dyed by different mass fraction of pink,red,egg yolk,orange,dark blue,blue,turquoise blue,fluorescent yellow and fluorescent powder,bright red,bordeaux,violet,light blue those 13 kinds of monochromatic light. Nylon hook and loop which were dyed by different mass fraction of Yuan blue and fluorescent green those two kinds of monochromatic light resistance to chlorine fastness are not qualified. Nylon hook and loop which were dyed by adding fixing agent A and then dipped with chlorine-resistant fixative B,the results show that: on 100 ℃ of mass fraction of 3% A dye fixative for 1 hour,then on 30 ℃ by adding 70 g / L of chlorine-resistant fixative B impregnated finishing 2 hours,nylon hook and loop chlorine-resistant color fastness can pass. Nylon hook and loop dyed by the other 15 kinds of monochromatic light except light blue, Yuan blue,fluorescent green are good at durability of chlorine-resistant.
