摘 要:采用共混熔融纺丝的方法制备了具有梯度结构的PS/PP共混纤维,并借助毛细管流变仪分析了PS和PP的流变性能。在共混纤维制备的过程中,分别收集了位于距喷丝板5 cm处没有受到拉伸的挤出纤维和纺速为500 m/min的卷绕纤维,并借助扫描电镜来观察两种纤维样品横截面上分散相的分布,对比分析了纺程上拉伸流场前后的两种纤维样品横截面上分散相PS的分布形态。研究发现,挤出纤维中分散相PS呈均匀分布,而在卷绕纤维中分散相PS呈明显的梯度分布。结合流变性能对拉伸流场中共混纤维中分散相梯度分布的形成进行了初步探讨。The blending fibers of PS/PP with gradient structure were prepared by melt spinning .The rheological properties of PS and PP were studied by capillary rheometer .Extruded fibers without being stretched which its position is 5 cm distance from the spinneret and the takeup fibers with 500 m/min takeup velocity were collected respectively .The distribution of dispersed phase in blending fibers crosssection was observed by SEM .By comparing the distribution of dispersed phase in the extruded fiber crosssection with that in the takeup fiber crosssection with 500 m/min takeup velocity , it was found that the distribution of dispersed phase in extruded fiber was evenly distributed , and that in takeup fiber was gradient change obviously .Finally the formation mechanism of gradient distribution of dispersed phase in elongation flow field combined with the rheological properties was preliminarily discussed .
