摘  要:耐高温滤料的使用寿命和稳定性是影响袋式除尘器运行寿命的因素之一。对新型高分子复合滤料进行了基本性能的测试,并与目前燃煤电厂常用的玻纤滤料性能进行了对比试验。结果表明,新型复合滤料在耐高温、耐酸腐蚀和抗氧化性能方面均优于常用的玻纤滤料,适合在电厂烟气处理系统中应用。Lifetime and stability of the high temperature resistance filter media is one of the factors that affect the operation lifetime of bag house duster .The basic performance test and analysis of the newly developed compound filter media were carried out , and the comparing test of the performances between the material and general glass fiber filter media used in coalfired power plants was discussed.The test result demonstrates that high temperature resistance and acid corrosion resistance as well as oxidation resistance of new compound filter media were better than that of glass fiber filter media .The fiter media is feasible on used in flue gas treatment system in power plant .
