摘 要:通过对涤纶非织造布在不同温度下进行的等温结晶DSC分析,确定了热处理温度为210℃,热处理时间分别为1、2、3和4 min。对热处理前后的涤纶针刺非织造布进行力学性能、孔径及过滤效率测试,对比分析结果表明,热处理对涤纶针刺非织造布的结构与性能的改善有重要影响。经过热处理的非织造布的断裂伸长率比未经处理的非织造布低。随着热处理时间的增加,非织造布的断裂强力增大,非织造布平均孔径逐渐减小,对小粒径颗粒的过滤效率提高。对粒径≥2.0μm的颗粒的过滤效率,未经处理的非织造布为46%,处理后的非织造布提升至70%,综合过滤效率得到改善。Isothermal crystallization behavior of PET at different temperatures was investigated by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).Based on the analysis, heat treatment temperature was set at 210℃, and the time was set at 1, 2, 3 and 4 min.Then the mechanical properties , aperture and filtration efficiency of original sample and heattreated samples were tested and compared .The results showed that heat treatment had a major impact on improving the structure and performance of the needlepunched nonwovens; when the time of treatment prolonged , the breaking strength of the material increased gradually;the elongation at break declined comparing with the original sample;the average pore size decreased and the pore size distribution became to be narrower with the increasing time of treatment;furthermore , the filtration efficiency for small aperture was improved , especially for the particles whose size is bigger than 2μm, and the filter efficiency increased from 46% to 70%; to sum up the comprehensive efficiency of filtering was improved .
