中西医诊疗过敏性鼻炎的异同

摘　　要：从中、西医分析研究过敏性鼻炎的病因病机、诊断和治疗,发现中医认为过敏性鼻炎与自身体质有很大关系,治疗上着重调节其过敏体质；而西医认为过敏性鼻炎是由各种过敏原引起,治疗上则重于避开、对抗过敏原.比较中西医对过敏性鼻炎诊疗的差异,有助于指导临床实践.We analyze the pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis to learn that traditional Chinese medicine have their own characteristics different from modern medicine. Traditional medicine emphasize that the constitution can influence the onset and treatment of allergic rhinitis. In addition, modern medicine emphasize the allergen. We analyze the both medical theories of allergic rhinitis to find out the difference so as to improving clinical treatment of this disease.
