摘　　要：变应性鼻炎是耳鼻喉科常见的变态反应性疾病,因其具有多并发症,高复发率等特点,目前治疗变应性鼻炎临床疗效不甚满意.笔者希望运用“治未病”思想（健康未病态、潜病未病态、前病未病态和传变未病态）对变应性鼻炎各个阶段进行初步探讨,以期丰富和完善中医防治变应性鼻炎的理论研究,为临床防治变应性鼻炎开拓新的思路.Allergic rhinitis is a common disease in ENT. Because of its various complications and high reoccurrence rate, the therapeutic effect is not satisfied. The writer hopes to use the idea of preventive treatment of diseases to discuss the four stages of allergic rhinitis,including health state, potential state, predisease state,and progressing state, with the expectation to enrich and improve the theoretical research of TCM knowledge to the disease.
