中西医结合治疗耳源性脑脓肿

摘　　要：目的 观察中西医结合治疗耳源性脑脓肿的临床疗效.方法 临床对3例耳源性脑脓肿患者进行中西医结合综合治疗,预防并发症或后遗症发生及功能改善等情况进行评价.结果 2例出院时临床症状基本消失,复查CT显示水肿明显减轻,病灶完全吸收.1例出院时临床症状明显好转,复查CT显示水肿减轻,病灶缩小.术后随访一年,3例均无并发症及后遗症发生,患者生活质量良好,可以自理.结论 中西医结合治疗耳源性脑脓肿可以较好地预防并发症或后遗症的发生,对促进疾病的早日恢复都有积极的作用.Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treated otogenic brain abscess. Methods 3 cases of otogenic brain abscess patients receiving integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,and evaluate the treating that to prevent complications or sequelae and functional improvements. Results 2 patients were discharged when the clinical symptoms disappeared,and the brain CT showed brain swelling was reduced lesion completely. 1 case of clinical symptoms significantly improved at discharge,and the brain CT showed edema focal narrowing . 3 patients were follwed up for one year without any complications and sequelae,good quality of life and can take care of themselves. Conclusion Method of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine treated otogenic brain abscess can better prevent complications or sequelae, and to promote the early resumption of the disease have a positive effect.
