大环内酯类药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉的临床运用和机制探讨

摘　　要：传统抗生素大环内酯类药物对呼吸道黏膜慢性炎症的抑制效应逐渐受到临床医师及药理学家的关注.已有大量研究表明此类药物对慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者亦有良好的疗效,并对其可能机制进行了较为深入的研究.目前认为,其治疗效果主要与该药物直接抗炎活性有关,而与其传统的抗菌作用关系不大.该篇文章对近年来国内外大环内酯类药物治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的临床实践探索及其机制的研究做一综述.The inhibitory effect of macrolides as traditional antibiotic on chronic inflammatory airway mucosa gradually come to concerns of clinical doctors and pharmacologists. Numerous studies show that these drugs also have good efficacy on chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, and the possible mechanism have been studied in-depth. Recently it is considered that its therapeutic effect is mainly related to its direct anti- inflammatory activity,but with little to do with traditional antimicrobial activity. The article reviewed about the recent studies from home and abroad of macrolide treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps in clinical practice and reserchment of its mechanism.
