化瘀散结片对实验性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变müller细胞胶原纤维酸性蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的 观察化瘀散结片对DispaseI诱导的实验性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变（proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR）兔müller细胞胶原纤维酸性蛋白（glial fibrillary acidic protein,GFAP）表达的影响.方法 通过免疫组织化学法检测DispaseI诱导的PVR兔müller细胞中的GFAP水平的表达情况,观察化瘀散结片对其影响.结果 治疗28天后模型对照组GFAP表达水平高于空白对照组,有极显著差异（P＜0.01）；与阳性对照组比较,有极显著差异（P＜0.01）；模型对照组与化瘀散结片高、中剂量治疗组比较有极显著差异（P＜0.01）,而与低剂量治疗组比较无差异（P＞0.05）；这提示化瘀散结片能降低PVR兔GFAP表达水平.结论 化瘀散结片能减少GFAP表达水平,可抑制müller细胞增殖,减轻对视网膜的过度损伤反应,从而抑制PVR的进一步发展.Objective To observe the effect of Huyusanjie tablet on the GFAP of mtiller cells of rabbit eyes with e-xperimental PVR induced by DispaseI. Methods Detect GFAP of mialler cells of rabbit eyes with experimental PVR induced by DispaseI with the mmunohistochemistry method and and observe the effect on it by Huayusanjie tablet. Results After 28 days treatment,the expression levels of GFAP in mode-1 control group is above the normal group（P〈0. 01）,there is a very significant difference ;model control group compa-red with positive control group, there is a very signifi-cant difference（P〈0. 01）; compared with Huyusanjie tablet HD and TD control groups, there is a very significant difference （P〈 0.01 ）, but compare negative control group with Huyusanjie tablet LD group,there is no difference（P〉0.05）, it prompts that Huyusanjie tablet can reduce the expression Levels of GFAP of PVR rabit. Conclution Huyusanjie tablet c- an reduce the expression levels of GFAP of rabbit eyes with experimental PVR,which can inhibit mtiller cell proliferation,and lighten the excessive damage response of retinal, thereby inhibiting further development of PVR.
