摘　　要：本文对ZTS晶体生长方法、性能以及掺杂改性等方面取得的研究成果进行了较全面的总结与分析,指出了在优质大尺寸晶体生长、掺杂改性机理、晶体应用开发等方面存在的不足,由此对该晶体未来研究重点提出了建议。The main progress in research on the growth ZTS crystal has been comprehensively summarized method, properties and modifications by doping of and analyzed. It is point out that there are insufficiencies on the growth of large bulk crystal with high quality, the mechanism of modification and the application development of the crystal. So the suggestions on the stress study works for ZTS crystal in the future have been put forward.
