摘 要:对高铝粉煤灰生产氧化铝联产硅钙渣进行物性分析的基础上,研究了过滤压力及颗粒粒径对滤饼含水率的影响。分析了季铵盐类表面活性剂FL02对硅钙渣滤饼含水率的影响并用红外光谱进行表征,分析作用机理。结果表明,硅钙渣为中等可压缩性物料;过滤压力取0.3 MPa时,硅钙渣滤饼含水率由49.73%降到44.56%;颗粒粒径为0.075~0.125 mm时,硅钙渣滤饼含水率最低为41%;加入季铵盐类表面活性剂FL02使滤饼含水率降低,最适宜添加量为0.75%(相对干固相的质量分数),硅钙渣滤饼含水率从44.71%降到39%,由红外光谱看出季铵盐类表面活性剂FL02的亲水基与硅钙渣表面羟基键合形成氢键,致使表面自由羟基数量减少。The physical property of calcium silicon slag, which was produced as the by-product in the aluminium oxide extraction process from high-alumina fly ash, has been analyzed. Then the effects of filtration pressure and particle size on the water content of calcium silicon slag filter cake in the filtration process were discussed, respectively. The effect of surfactant, quaternary ammonium salt surfactants (FL02), was also studied and infrared spectroscopy was used to represent the phenomenon and analyze the mechanism. The results showed that calcium silicon slag is a kind of moderately compressible material; the water content of calcium silicon slag filter cake decreased from 49.73% to 44.56% when the filtration pressure was 0. 3 MPa;the water content of filter cake was as low as 41% when the particle size was 0.075-0. 125 mm;the water content of filter cake decreased when the supplementation of FL02 was added in the calcium silicon slag and the water content of filter cake decreased from 44.71% to 39% when 0.075% ( mass fraction relative to dry solid phase) was added. According to the results of the infrared spectroscopy, the hydrophilic groups of FL02 form hydrogen bonds with hydroxyl groups on the surface of calcium silicon slag which made the free hydroxyl groups on the surface of calcium silicon slag decreased.
