摘  要:以钠水玻璃为实验原料,采用微波加热方式制备一种新型无机轻质发泡材料。与传统马弗炉加热方式对比,该材料具有更加良好的保温性能和更低的密度。为寻求最佳制备工艺,分别研究了发泡温度、加热功率以及加热时间对材料结构与性能的影响。同时采用扫描电镜、红外光谱等手段表征样品的结构性能及发泡机理。实验结果表明:微波加热功率为680 W,加热时间为9 min制备出的保温材料具有最优的性能,该材料密度仅为0.097 g/cm3,室温(25℃)下导热系数为0.0527 W/(m·K)。A new type of inorganic lightweight foam materials was prepared by microwave heating with sodium silicate as raw materials. Compared with traditional muffle furnace heating method, the material has better thermal insulation performance and lower density. To seek the best conditions of preparation , the influence of the foaming temperature, heating power and heating time on the material structure and performance are studied in the paper respectively. At the same time using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), infrared spectroscopy characterization of the structure and the foaming mechanism of the sample. The experiment results show that microwave heating power is 680 W, the heating time for 9 min was prepared with optimal performance of the heat preservation material, the material density of 0. 097 g/ 3 cm , room temperature (25 ℃ ) under the coefficient of thermal conductivity is 0.0527 W/( m ·K).
