摘 要:选钼尾矿经弱磁选回收磁铁矿、浮选回收金云母、黄铁矿,采用球磨、脱泥浮选工艺,以硫化钠为硫化剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、BK301为捕收剂、SK9011为起泡剂,通过浮选方法一次脱除微量蓝铜矿、辉钼矿杂质;通过湿法强磁选,在13000 Gs磁场强度下采用"一次粗选,三次扫选"磁选工艺可得钠长石-透辉石-方解石-石英系列陶瓷掺料,该试验结果为中试试验提供的技术参考,有利于实现选钼尾矿资源综合利用。Molybdenum tailings after recycling of magnetite by low field intensity magnetic separation, phlogopite and pyrite by flotation, which was processed by ball milling and desliming, taking sodium sulfide as the vulcanizator, sodium silicate as the inhibitor, BK301 as the collector, and SK9011 as the frother, the azurite and molybdenite could be removed by flotation from molybdenum tailing; Under the condition of magnetic field intensity 13000 Gs, with wet magnetic separation of one roughing and three times scavenging process, the ceramic admixture of albite-diopside-calcite-quartz could be gained. The result provides reference for the pilot scale test, and is conducive to comprehensive utilization of the molybdenum railings.
