摘  要:采用不同浓度(0.0%、0.3%、0.7%、1.1%、1.5%)甲基磺酸乙酯(EMS)对蒙农红豆草荚果浸种不同时间(7h、15h、24h),结果表明:与对照相比,除低剂量EMS处理在一定程度上对种子出苗及幼苗生长有促进作用外,其余均有延迟和抑制作用,且在长时间、高浓度的综合作用下抑制作用显著(P<0.05),变异率增加。以相对出苗率和成苗率达半致死量为衡量标准,1.5%EMS浸种15h和1.1%EMS浸种24h可作为EMS诱变蒙农红豆草建立突变体库的适宜条件。EMS(ethyl methane sulfonate)was used to soak Mengnong sainfoin pods with different concentrations(0.0%,0.3%,0.7%,1.1%,1.5%)and for different periods of time(7h,15h,24h). The results showed that the low doses of EMS promoted seed germination and seedling growth,the rest of the treatment delayed and inhibited seed germination and seedling growth compared with the control,and the combination of long time and high concentration inhibited seed germination and seedling growth significantly(P〈0.05),while the rate of their seedling mutation increased.Measured by the standard of LD50 dose,the relative rate for seedling emergence and survival rate of Mengnong sainfoin with 1.5% EMS being soaked for 15hours and 1.1% EMS being soaked for 24hours was 42.17%-53.33%,and their mutation rate reached 17.5% ~18.3%,thus the two EMS treatments can be adopted as the suitable conditions for prompting the maturity of their pods.
