摘  要:采用ISSR分子标记技术研究了12份苜蓿材料的遗传多样性,结果显示:13条引物扩增出346条带,每个引物平均扩增26.6条带,多态性条带332条,多态性条带百分比95.95%。在物种水平上多态性条带数为331条,多态性条带百分比为95.66%,基因多样性指数Nei’s值为0.1599,信息指数Shannon’s值为0.2098,遗传分化系数在不同材料间为0.3114,表明遗传分化主要发生在种群内。聚类结果显示,紫花苜蓿和杂花苜蓿的亲缘关系较近,黄花苜蓿与其亲缘关系较远。The genetic diversity of twelve alfalfa materials were investigated with ISSR marker.A total of 346 bands were amplified with 13ISSR primers,there were 332 polymorphic bands.The average percentage of polymorphic bands were 95.95%.331were polymorphic(PPB = 95.66%)in species level. The results of popgen 32 analysis indicated that Nei's gene diversity(H*)was 0.1599,Shannon information index(I*)was 0.2098.Gene difference index(Gst)among materials was 0.3114,which means the percentage of gene difference among materials was only 31.14%.The result showed that the genetic variation within materials was higher than among materials.The cluster analysis showed that Medicago sativa was closer to Medicago varia,while it is the widest to Medicago falcata.
