摘　　要：从设计、制造、安装、试验、使用、维护等各个方面对我院研制的CZS-100/15电动高压往复活塞压缩机的可靠性保障进行了阐述、分析和研究;对影响高压往复活塞压缩机可靠性的各种因素进行了分析和总结;提出了保证并提高电动高压往复活塞压缩机可靠性的一些途径和方法,对往复压缩机特别是船用高压往复活塞压缩机的设计、制造和使用等具有一定的参考意义。Themethodsofreliabilityguaranteeofthemarinehighpressurereciprocatingcompressor（CZS-100/15）areana-lyzed in this paper from design ,manufacture,experiment,use and maintenance.Summarizing and analyzing all kinds of factors af-fecting on the reliability of compressor,some methods and ways to improve the reliability of the marine high pressure reciprocating compressor are put forward in this paper.These method and ways can be refer to the design,manufacture and use about high pres-sure reciprocating compressor properly.
