摘　　要：档案室、档案馆、文件中心和档案托管机构是我国现有的四类档案保管机构,作为内部机构的档案室是档案事业的基层组织,但不一定是过渡性机构;永久保存档案的档案馆是独立的科学文化事业机构,其"公共性"存在局限性;文件中心和档案托管机构是性质不同的过渡性档案管理机构。In our country, there are four custodian institutions： archives room, national archives, records centers and archives depositories. Archives room is a archives utility grassroots organizations, but not necessarily the transitional institutions. National archives is an independent scientific and cultural institutions, its public limitations. Records Center and archives depositories are different in nature transitional file management agency.
