摘 要:针对现有电子式电压互感器校验方法的不足,提出了一种校验电子式电压互感器的方法,能够兼顾模拟量和数字量输出的校验.该方法基于采样测量技术,通过测量标准电压互感器和被校电子式电压互感器的2次输出,比较二者的差异得到被校电子式电压互感器的比值误差和相位误差.分别详细分析了该方法模拟输出和数字输出的测量误差,论证了该方法的合理性和可行性.根据该方法研制的校验装置样机在国家高电压计量站进行了校准测试,测试结果表明:校验装置满足校验0.2及以下等级测量用电子式电压互感器的准确度要求,证明了该校验方法的合理性和有效性.Considering the shortcomings of existing method for calibration of electronic voltage transformer, a method for calibration of electronic voltage transformer with analog and digital outputs is put forward. The method is based on the sampling measurement technology. And the ratio error and phase error are obtained by comparing the difference between the measurement result of the standard voltage trans- former and that of the calibrated electronic voltage transformer. The error of the method is thoroughly an- alyzed; and its reasonableness and feasitility are also proved. A prototype of calibration system for elec- tronic voltage transformer has been developed. The test that estimates the performance of the calibration system has been carried out in National Center for High Voltage Measurement. The tested results show that the system fulfills the requirements for calibrating electronic voltage transformers for use with electrical measuring instruments and with accuracy class up to 0.2, which testified the rationality and effective ness of this method.
