摘 要:以拟南芥野生型Col-0和突变体hgo-1为研究材料,以MS为基本培养基,研究酪氨酸及酪氨酸降解途径对拟南芥幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:酪氨酸降解途径中HGO基因突变可以促进拟南芥幼苗的生长;同时发现,在含0.01 mmol/L酪氨酸的培养基中的Col-0和hgo-1幼苗生长量高于对照,而培养在分别含0.1、0.5、1.0mmol/L酪氨酸的培养基中的Col-0和hgo-1幼苗生长量低于对照组。这说明低浓度酪氨酸促进拟南芥幼苗的生长,高浓度酪氨酸则抑制拟南芥幼苗的生长。The effects of tyrosine and its HGO gene mutation in biodegradation pathway on growth of Arabidopsis seedlings were analyzed with wild type Col-0 and mutant hgo-1 as materials and with MS as basic medium. The results showed that HGO gene mutation in biodegradation pathway could promote the growth of Arabidopsis seedlings. The growth of Arabi-dopsis seedlings of Col-0 and hgo-1 grown on MS medium with 0.01 mmol/L tyrosine was higher than that of control, while the growth of seedlings grown on MS medium with 0.1 or 0.5 or 1.0 mmol/L tyrosine was lower than of control. It was proposed that low concentration of tyrosine promoted Arabidopsis seedling growth while high concentration of tyrosine inhibited seedling growth.
