摘  要:针对工程车辆用铝合金燃油箱自动MIG焊过程中,特别是油箱端部的环焊缝上,出现较严重的未熔合、气孔等质量问题,进行分析。通过生产跟踪和工艺试验,确定了影响焊接质量的主要因素是自动焊专机焊枪姿态与焊件的运动未关联起来,导致焊枪倾角、电弧长度在焊接过程中处于变化状态。在焊枪倾角小于30°或焊丝干伸长超过20 mm时容易出现焊接缺陷。在对MIG焊工艺参数和设备结构作适当调整和改进后,最终将该铝合金燃油箱的一次焊接不合格率从30%以上降低至5%以下。During automatic MIG welding process of aluminum alloy fuel tank for vehicle, especially on circumferential welds on the fuel tank end, some quality problems appear, such as serious incomplete fusion, gas pocket and so on. In this article, it analyzed the above problems. Through production tracking and process tests, it confirmed the main factor affecting the welding quality is the welding-torch is not associated with weldment movement, which caused welding-torch angle and arc length changed in the welding process. It’s easy to result in welding defects when the welding-torch angle is less than 30° , or the wire stem extruding length is longer than 20mm. The welding failure rate of the aluminum alloy fuel tank was decreased to less than 5% from greater than 30% after the MIG welding process parameters and the device structures were properly adjusted and improved.
