三端式磁通门传感器研究

摘　　要：根据磁通门传感器的原理及结构,建立理想的数学模型,确定影响传感器探头工作的参数,由此制作了不同的三端式磁通门传感器,并选择合适的检测电路测量环境磁场,运用Matlab软件进行数据处理,得到自制磁通门传感器样品的性能指标,如分辨率、灵敏度、非线性度、稳定性、功耗等能够满足特性要求。The authors of this paper,according to the mechanism and structure of flux gate sen-sors,build an ideal mathematical model to determine the parameters affecting the work of the sensor probe,then make a fluxgate sensor with three tips,select the appropriate measurement of the environmental magnetic field,process the data through Matlab,thus getting the performance index of the fluxgate sensor,such as resolution,sensitivity,linearity,stability and power con-sumption,all meeting the performance requirements.
