压铸机冲头和熔缸的摩擦有限元分析及实验研究

摘　　要：基于有限元方法对冲头与熔缸间的摩擦过程进行应力分析,并结合现场实测,给出减小冲头磨损的改进意见。The author of this paper makes some suggestions to reduce the punch wear,based a stress analysis of the process of friction between the punch and the melting cylinder with the fi-nite element method,coupled with field test.
