农科院校大学生领导力现状及培养途径研究——以云南农业大学为例

摘　　要：目前,已有不少高校对大学生进行了领导力培养,但缺乏整体性和系统性。在此背景下,本研究对云南农业大学本科生领导力的认知、期望、自我评估进行了调查分析,从提高认识、构建领导力课程体系、设立专门机构、开发特色领导力培训项目等方面提出高校大学生领导力培养策略,以期为推动和完善高校大学生领导力培养体系建设提供参考。At present, many institutions of higher learning have tried to train students＇ leadership, but not so holistically or systematically. In this context, based on the investigation and analyses of Yunnan Agricultural University students＇ leadership awareness, expectation, self evaluation, this paper puts forward such countermeasures and suggestions as raising awareness, building the curriculum system, establishing specialized institutes, designing some special training programs, so as to provide some ref- erence for promote college students＇ leadership training system.
