摘　　要：目的 建立测定小儿清肺止咳片中苦杏仁苷含量的方法.方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法,Diamonsil C18柱,甲醇-0.2% 磷酸水溶液（19：81）为流动相,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为210 nm,柱温为30 ℃.结果 苦杏仁苷浓度在5.0～50.0 μg·mL-1间具有良好的线性关系（r=0.999 7）,苦杏仁苷平均回收率为99.2%,方法精密度（RSD）为2.30%（n=6）.结论 该法可用于小儿清肺止咳片中苦杏仁苷的含量测定.Objective To establish a method for the determination of amygdalin in Xiao＇er Qingfei Zhike Tablets. Meth- otis An HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18. The mobile phase was methanol - 0. 2% phosphoric acid（ 19：81 ,V/V） ,the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-j and the detection wavelength was 210 nnr Results The linear range of amygdalin was 5.0 - 50 μg· mL-l （r = 0. 999 7 ）. The average recovery for amygdalin was 99. 2%, the precision of method was 2. 30% （ RSD, n = 6 ）. Conclusion The method can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.
