摘　　要：目的鸸鹋油是从鸸鹋的脂肪囊中提取而得的富含脂肪酸的油类物质,已被证明具有明显的抗炎活性。本文从鸸鹋油的组成,药用功能,护肤功效和食用价值方面进行介绍,为鸸鹋油的研究开发提供了理论依据。Objective Emu oil is extracted from the subcutaneous and retroperitoneal fat of the emu, a flightless bird native to Australia, and predominantly comprises fatty acids. Emu oil had been shown to possess significant anti - inflamma- tory properties in vivo. This article introduced its value from the composition, medicinal function and the effect of protecting skin for theoretical basis of its research and development.
