摘  要:目的探讨小儿社区获得性肺炎致病菌分布情况,并分析其耐药性。方法选择小儿社区获得性肺炎453例,留取痰标本送病原学检测后,明确主要致病菌分布情况,并总结最常见致病菌(本组为肺炎链球菌)对不同抗菌药物的敏感性。结果本组453例患儿肺炎链球菌感染者显著多于流感嗜血杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、肺炎克雷伯菌(P<0.05)。316例肺炎链球菌感染者,对四环素和红霉素耐药性最高,对万古霉素和头孢呋辛敏感性最高,对青霉素耐药性高于头孢噻肟(P<0.05)。结论针对社区获得性肺炎患儿,经验用药应用头孢呋辛治疗,一般能取得较好的临床效果。Objective To investigate the pathogen distribution and drug resistance of community-acquired pneumonia in children. Methods 453 cases with pediatric community-acquired pneumonia,all were sent to sputum specimens the etiology of post-test to clear the case of the distribution of the main pathogens,and all were summarized the most com- mon pathogens (Streptococcus pneumoniae in this group) to different antimicrobial susceptibility. Results 453 eases in- fected by Streptococcus pneumoniae were more than Haernophilus influenzae,Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis,Klebsiellapneumoniae (P〈0.05).316 cases of Streptococcus pneumoniae were highest resistant to tetracy- cline and erythromyein,highest sensitive to vancomycin and cefuroxime,the resistance to penicillin was higher than cefo- taxime (P〈0.05). Condttsion For community-acquired pneumonia in children,experience drug use cefuroxime therapy earl generally achieve better clinical results.
