摘　　要：文章通过介绍创业型经济理论,分析得出创业型经济政策体系的框架设计。通过实例分析,我国创业型经济发展过程中存在体制、环境、资源等方面的阻碍。鉴于此,应构建一个合理的创业型经济体系,发展创业经济,带动欠发达地区的发展。This paper introduces the entrepreneurial economy theory, then analyzes the framework design of entrepreneurial economy policy system. According to entrepreneurial economy theory, it gives some local business case, then the status of the development of entrepreneurial economy in China is analyzed, the problems are found out, and some effective measures to accelerate the development of entrepreneurial economy are put forward, so as to promote the economic development of underdeveloped areas.
