民族地区库区经济发展的金融支持研究——以甘肃临夏回族自治州永靖县为例

摘　　要：金融是国民经济运行的核心和中枢,甘肃省永靖县库区经济的发展同样也离不开金融支持。永靖县库区经济建设资金短缺、农业生产水平低下、农村基础条件差等问题的实质是金融支持不足。文章从库区金融问题出发,通过问卷调查就其存在的问题进行分析和举证,根据库区金融结构存在的缺陷,运用相关知识得出相应对策。通过建立健全支持农业发展、库区稳定、农民增收的农村金融体系,来实现库区的可持续发展。Finance is the core of the national economy; Yongjing＇s economy development also cannot leave the financial support. Yongjing reservoir area economic construction is confronted with fund shortage, low level of agricultural production, poor rural basic condition etc. The root of these problems is lack of financial support. This paper started with the financial problems in reservoir, then analyzed and proved it through the questionnaire survey, according to the defects of the financial structure, using the relevant knowledge to solve the problems. Through establishing and perfecting the agriculture development and stability in reservoir, increasing farmers＇ income of the rural financial system, to realize the sustainable development of reservoir area.
