摘　　要：针对DGL400型冷再生机在施工过程中出现的因弹性联轴器损坏而无法工作的故障,通过拆检、分析发现,弹性联轴器径向紧定螺钉提供的的拧紧力矩不够,导致弹性联轴器轴套和液压泵花键轴因轴向摩擦力不够而产生轴向相互移动,致使轴套端面和液压泵止口法兰触碰,是造成弹性联轴器轴套端面发蓝和花键破损的主要原因。根据故障原因,给出加深轴套夹紧缝深度等解决措施。经实践检验,解决措施可行。Remedy for damaged elastic couplingsin a pavement recycler. Pinpointing aDGL400 pavement recycler troubledwith damaged elastic couplings failure inthe case was found to be lack of tighten-ing torque at the radial set screws whichled to mutual axial movement for lack ofaxial friction at the coupling hub and thehydraulic pump's spline shaft flowed bya collision there at end of the hub withfront-edge flange of the hydraulic pump.According to the trouble cause and analy-ses right remedy was given, which wasfound feasible in practice.
