摘　　要：对发生早期磨损故障的MTA11-C225型柴油机进排气系统及相关部件进行检查与修理,分析故障原因,指出在维护和保养不同品牌的柴油机时,不能互相借用,尤其是在施工环境恶劣的作业场地,应严格按照相应生产厂家的相关规定,加强对柴油机的维护保养。Trouble shooting for a diesel's pre-maturewear. For trouble shooting at the inlet and outlet systems of a MTA11-C225 dieselengine parts and components concernedwere checked and repaired after the causeanalyzed while pointing out that parts and/or components of different make and brand can never be interchanged especially under severe conditions at the job sites, besides strictly following specifications and regulations by the maker when emphasizing service and maintenance on the diesel engine.
