导痰汤治疗痰湿体质类型代谢综合征

摘　　要：目的观察导痰汤对痰湿体质类型代谢综合征患者的临床疗效。方法选取108例痰湿体质类型代谢综合征患者,随机分成治疗组(56例)和对照组(52例),对照组对患者进行生活方式干预,包括饮食指导及运动指导。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用中药导痰汤(半夏、天南星、陈皮、枳实等)。测量2组患者治疗前后的腰围、体质量指数(BMI)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、血压、空腹血糖(FBG)。结果治疗组治疗后血清TG水平(2.24±0.56)mmol/L显著低于治疗前(2.56±0.66)mmol/L(P<0.01),血清HDL-C水平(0.82±0.17)mmol/L显著高于治疗前(0.76±0.21)mmol/L(P<0.01)。治疗前后的血压和空腹血糖水平比较显示:治疗组治疗后收缩压(138.85±10.86)mmHg显著低于治疗前(146.28±9.65)mmHg(P<0.01)。结论导痰汤可以显著改善代谢综合征患者的血脂和血压水平。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Daotan Decoction in Treating Metabolic Syndrome of PhlegmDampness Constitution. Methods 108 patients with Metabolic Syndrome of Phlegm-Dampness Constitution were randomized into a treatment group（ 56 patients） and a control group（ 52 patients）. The control group was treated by intervention of lifestyle,including of guidance of diet and physical exercise,and the treatment group was treated by Daotan Decoction,in additional to Conventional treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared after treatment. Results After treatment,the serum TG level of treatment group（ 2. 24 ± 0. 56） are lower than the TG level before treatment（ 2. 56 ± 0. 66） with statistical significance（ P 0. 01）,the serum HDL-C level of treatment group（ 0. 82 ± 0. 17） are significantly higher than that before treatment（ 0. 76 ± 0. 21）（ P 0. 01）. The systolic blood pressure of the treatment group after treatment（ 138. 85 ± 10. 86） were significantly lower than that before treatment（ 146. 28 ± 9. 65）（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion The Daotan Decoction can ameliorate the blood lipid and blood pressure condition of Metabolic Syndrome of Phlegm-Dampness Constitution.
