珍珠母不同炮制品对小鼠抗抑郁作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究珍珠母生品、烘烤品、超微粉对小鼠的抗抑郁作用。方法采用小鼠悬尾实验研究珍珠母不同炮制品的抗抑郁作用。结果在小鼠悬尾实验中,珍珠母生品高剂量组,烘烤品低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,超微粉低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组均能减少小鼠悬尾的完全不动时间;在AMPT诱导的小鼠悬尾实验中,珍珠母不同炮制品高剂量组均能减少小鼠悬尾完全不动时间。结论珍珠母有一定的抗抑郁作用。Objective To study the anti-depressant effects of Raw Margaritifera concha,Baked Margaritifera concha and Superfine powder of Margaritifera concha. Methods The mice were given the tail suspension test to depressant symptoms induced by AMPT. The anti-depressant effects of Margaritifera concha were observed. Results Raw Margaritifera concha,Baked Margaritifera concha and Superfine powder of Margaritifera concha significantly shortened tail suspension test in mice（ P 0. 01,P 0. 05）,and prevented the depressant symptoms induced by AMPT. Conclusion Margaritifera concha have an anti-depressant effect in mice.
