胆宁片防治非酒精性脂肪肝的实验研究

摘　　要：目的研究胆宁片对大兔脂肪肝的防治作用。方法采用高胆固醇膳食致兔脂肪肝模型,研究胆宁片对大兔非酒精性脂肪肝的防治作用。结果模型组与胆宁片组的TC数值分别为(15.36±9.01)mg/dL、(2.67±5.35)mg/dL,TG分别为(1.11±0.42)mmol/L、(0.56±0.2)mmol/L,LDL-C分别为(13.16±7.39)mmol/L、(1.98+5.00)mmol/L,HDL-C分别为(0.49±0.23)mmol/L、(0.90±0.29)mmol/L,2组数据相比较,差异有显著性统计学意义(P<0.01),模型组新西兰兔的肝脏组织CYP7A1 mRNA表达较胆宁片组低,其中模型组与胆宁片组条带值分别为(0.56±0.14)(1.02±0.09),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。而模型组CYP2E1 mRNA表达较胆宁片组高,其中模型组与胆宁片组条带值分别为(1.49±0.31)(1.22±0.20),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胆宁片对实验性大兔脂肪肝有一定的治疗作用。Objective Study on the preventive and therapeutic effect of Dan Ning Tablet on fatty liver of New Zealand rabbits. Method Using the model of rabbits with fatty liver caused by high cholesterol diet to study the preventive and therapeutic effect of Dan Ning Tablet on the nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Result TC of model group and Dan Ning Tablet group was 15. 36 ± 9. 01 mg / dL,2. 67 ± 5. 35 mg / dL respectively,TG of model group and Dan Ning Tablet group were 1. 11 ± 0. 42 mmol / L、0. 56 ± 0. 2 mmol / L respectively,LDL-C of model group and Dan Ning Tablet group were 13. 16 ± 7. 39 mmol / L、1. 98 ＋ 5. 00 mmol / L respectively,HDL-C of model group and Dan Ning Tablet group were 0. 49 ± 0. 23 mmol / L、0. 90 ± 0. 29 mmol / L respectively. The difference between two sets of data was statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. CYP7A1 mRNA of liver tissue from model group was lower than that of Dan Ning Tablet group（ Stripe value of model group and Dan Ning tablet group were 0. 56 ± 0. 14,1. 02 ± 0. 09 respectively）. The difference was of statistically significance（ P 0. 01）. CYP2E1 mRNA of liver tissue from model group was higher than that of Dan Ning Tablet group（ Stripe value of model group and the Dan Ning Tablet group were 1. 49 ± 0. 31, 1. 22 ± 0. 20 respectively）. The difference was of statistically significance（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Dan Ning Tablet is effective in treating the experimental fatty liver of rabbit.
