历代医家治疗咳嗽通治方统计及药物配伍研究

摘　　要：通过对历代医家治疗咳嗽通治方剂的研究,统计出《中医方剂大辞典》中咳嗽的通治方剂和方剂中药物的性味归经及配伍。经筛选得出咳嗽通治方剂162首,方中所载药物共210种,其中频次在5次以上(不包含5次)的药物有35种,同时对35种治咳嗽药物的性味归经进行分析研究,治咳嗽的药大多数性温或性平,有一半以上的药物为辛味,绝大多数药物均归肺经,并且有17种药物归脾经。综合药物的性味归经和功效,归纳出治疗咳嗽的一些药对,如知母和贝母、紫菀和款冬花、五味子和罂粟壳、乌梅和罂粟壳等。On the research of all kinds of cough prescriptions in all previous dynasties,in order to count them and their flavor and channel entry in Prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine dictionary. 162 prescriptions have been founded,and there are 210 Chinese medicine in them. 35 Chinese medicine which frequency is more than 5 in 210 herbs, for 35 species of cough medicine belongs to the analysis of research,cough medicine most sexual temperature or flat, more than half of the drugs for pungent,the vast majority of drugs to lung,and there are 17 kinds of drugs to the spleen. Comprehensive sexual flavour to the and efficacy of drugs,and summed up some cough medicine for treatment, such as rhizoma anemarrhenae and fritillaria,Aster tataricus and coltsfoot flower,schisandra chinensis and poppy capsule,dark plum and poppy capsule.
