摘 要:以5个国内合成群体和5个美国群体为父本,吉单261双亲自交系为母本,组配20个测交组合。基于有利等位基因频率的群体改良理论,分析了10个群体改良我国东北区杂交种吉单261产量和穗行数的育种潜力及改良策略。研究表明,供试群体具有改良杂交种性状的利用价值,辽旅综、中综3号、BSCB1等3个群体具有同时提高杂交种产量和穗行数的潜力。建议采用吉853回交吉853×辽旅综和吉853×中综3号组合,或对W9706×BSCB1组合连续自交,获得新改良系,期望实现对现有杂交种吉单261的持续改良。Twenty testcrosses were made by using five synthetic populations and five U. S. populations as males and two parental lines of the target hybrid ‘Jidan 261'as females. The ten populations were used to evaluate breeding potential and strategies to improve the target hybrid for grain yield and row number per ear,using Dudley's method for identifying populations carrying favorable dominant alleles not present in an elite single cross. The results showed the ten populations had breeding value of improving the target hybrid. Three populations,Liaolv Syn,Csyn3 and BSCB1,can simultaneously improve grain yield and row number per ear of the target hybrid. The breeding strategies recommended by Dudley's method would be to develop new lines from backcrossing Ji853 × Liaolv Syn or Ji853 × Csyn3 to Ji853,or selfing the generation of W9706 × BSCB1,to continuously improve the elite hybrid,Jidan261.
