摘 要:为了掌握云南省散养荷斯坦牛肠道寄生虫感染情况,为奶牛寄生虫病防治提供依据。本调查随机选取110家散养户的172份奶牛粪样,分别采用自然沉淀法和饱和盐水漂浮法检测寄生虫虫卵。结果表明,172份样本中,检出吸虫卵有151份,检出率为87.8%;检出线虫卵89份,检出率为51.7%,针对同一样本,混合感染吸虫和线虫的共78份,混合感染检出率为45.3%;没有检出寄生虫卵的仅10头。The intestinal parasites in Holstein cows were investigated in Yunnan province. A total of 172 fecal samples were collected from 110 farms and detected by precipitation and wash and saturated saline floatation method. In results, 151 samples were found trematode eggs, and 89 samples were found nematode eggs, the detectable rate were 87.8% and 51.7%, respectively. 78 samples were found mixed infection with trematode and nematode eggs, the mixed infection rate was 45.3%. Only 10 samples weren't found nematode eggs.Therefore, the integrated measures should be used to reduce the prevalence levels in the surveyed areas.
