是孔德的实证主义还是穆勒、斯宾塞的实证主义?——对科学管理方法论基础的审查

摘　　要：学界对科学管理究竟是以孔德、涂尔干为代表的实证主义有机论还是以穆勒为代表的实证主义机械论影响下的产物并未予以澄明。归属于实证主义有机论阵营的斯宾塞实证主义因对整体与部分的关系作了机械论的解释而具有方法论个人主义的意蕴。作为美国文化产儿的科学管理其由以产生的文化不但承继了英国经验主义传统而且具有浓厚的个人主义和实用主义色彩,这既为穆勒和斯宾塞的实证主义在美国大行其道提供了合适的土壤,也让主张整体主义、内容晦涩和反对经济人假设的孔德实证主义饱受冷落。因此,认为是穆勒与斯宾塞的实证主义而不是孔德的实证主义构成了科学管理的方法论基础无疑更契合历史和合乎逻辑。Academia has not given any explanation on whether scientific management is the production influenced by Comte and Durkheim＇s positivism organic theory or Muller＇s positivism mechanism. Spencer9 s positivism which belongs to the group of positivism organic theory explains the relationship between the whole and the part mechanistically, thus has the implication of individualism methodology. As the production of American culture, scientific management produces some culture which not only inherited the tradition of British empiricism, but also characterized by individualism and pragmatism; what＇s more, it provides the proper environment for the development of Muller and Spencer＇s positivism in America and makes Comte＇s positivism which advocates hoiism, with obscure content and opposes the hypothesis of economic man.
