摘　　要：文章以国际学术界具有较高权威性和较大影响力的旅游、管理学研究期刊中检索到的1995~2012年间的48篇酒店环境行为学术文献为研究文本，运用文献计量学方法，对文献的数量变化、期刊、研究地域范围以及研究主题、研究方法及研究风格等信息进行统计、分析和比较，提炼和分析了境外学者在酒店环境行为研究中的成果和观点，为酒店企业环境行为的研究和发展提供参考依据。Based on a review of literature on environmental behavior, this study analyzes the achievements and viewpoints of foreign researchers on environmental behavior of hotel enterprises. The 48 sample articles are retrieved from authoritative and influential intemational academic journals focusing on tourism and management related topics from 1995 to 2012. The method of literature metrology was used to summarize, analyze and compare the quantity change, research areas, topics, methods and styles with regard to these articles. The results show that the research on hotel enterprises＇ environmental behavior has been a relatively new and rapidly developing area, while the research in China's Mainland is comparatively lagging behind. In the next few years, the research on hotel environmental behavior will receive more and more attention from experts and scholars, the number of such studies will increase rapidly. The results also indicate that studies on environmental behavior have been mainly carried out in Europe and America, and comparative studies across regions have played an important role in the development of hotel enterprises＇ environmental behavior research. Regarding the research methods, foreign scholars have been involved in empirical research focusing on a single subject, mostly in management, while few researchers have paid attention to theoretical and interdisciplinary studies. As environmental behavior is a relatively new research area, researchers should focus on the building of theories to provide a solid theoretical basis for subsequent empirical research. In addition, scholars should use various sophisticated statistical methods to enrich this field. For research topics, three major themes have dominated, namely, the hotel enterprise environmental behavior-driven mechanism, the obstacle factors, and behavior practice （status quo） and its performance.
