摘　　要：民国时期前后制定了二十多部针对佛教和道教的政策法规,由于这些宗教法规对佛教极为不利,佛教界为此进行了激烈的抗争,从而导致多部宗教政策法规最终被废除或修改。佛教界的抗争贯穿了民国政府宗教政策法规制定实施的全过程,对民国宗教政策法规的制定和实施起到了重要的推动作用,在中国宗教立法史上产生了巨大影响。In times of the Republic of China,more than twenty policies,laws and regulations were introduced to Buddhism and Taoism. As these religious laws and regulations were extremely disadvantageous to Buddhism,the Buddhist circle launched very fierce resistance,which led to the abolishment of many religious laws and regulations. The Buddhist resistance went through the whole course of Government＇s formulating and implementing religious laws and regulations,playing an important role in the course and having enormous influence on Chinese history of religious legislation.
